ROBERT J. SCAMARDELLA: Mr. Scamardella served as an Assistant District Attorney in Richmond County (1977-1982) where he served as the Chief of the Major Offense Bureau. He was the Republican/Conservative candidate for New York Supreme Court for the 2nd Judicial District in 2001. Mr. Scamardella has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Staten Island YMCA which serves 22,000 members and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Eger Health Care and Rehabilitation Center - a 400 bed nursing home. Mr. Scamardella also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Staten Island Rotary Foundation and the Staten Island Heart Society. He has served as the Public Relations Chairman of the Richmond County Bar Association and currently acts as Chairman of the Association’s Fee Dispute Arbitration Program. Mr. Scamardella is also an adjunct professor of Law at Wagner College in Staten Island. |
